This 1980 Maico 440
was brought back from
the dead. I built this
one for myself to ride.
It now has a 1982
Alpha-1 490 engine
with a 40mm Mikuni
and a Suzuki ignition.
The frame is a stock
M-1 with a Mega 2
swing arm and side
panels. Those are
restored Fox Factory
shocks. The forks
have cartridge
emulators and .43
